I am a mature first year student in Hospitality Studies in Tralee. I am required to do a summer work placement and I am looking into doing this in New York. I am interested in the Event Catering area of Hospitality and I am trying to find out about event catering companies in New York or other major cities in America.

If anybody has any contacts or has worked in this area in the USA, I would love to get some feedback on your experience, enjoyment etc, If anyone knows of some companies to apply to.
