    Hi Folks,

What are the thoughts on the sequence of events for floors and doors in a new build?

Floors fitted then doors( I am buying pre-hung door kits) ?
    Or doors fitted then floors?

some pro's and cons and experiences of posters would be great to help me decide which way to go

    Thanks

it better to fit doors on top of floors you wont have any unsightly holes where floor has to be cut in around frames but a good fitter with cut the bottom of door frame to let floor run under but it just more work. in a normal house the door frames go in first fix then the floors start of second fix and then doors archiutrive next and skirting last

Floors first - you can adjust doors to match, but not vice versa.
