Hello, I was under the impression (from what I've read online) that there were 3 maternity payments from the Community Welfare. One at 6 months, for maternity clothes, one at 8 months for a hospital bag, and another payment a few weeks after the baby is born.

I went to my CWO today to ask about the first payment for maternity clothes, she said, "nearly all maternity payments have been done away with", except for the one at 8 months. She told me to come back at 8 months to apply for it, which "wouldn't be much", in regards to the amount.

Is this true? No more payments for maternity clothes? Just one small payment at 8 months?
