    I need to speak to someone about arrears in my account and request some letters please and also give a meter reading

    Hi Shao,

    If you send your details to us via private message we can discuss your account with you. Please include:
    • Your account number, and confirmation that you are the registered account holder
    • Your address, contact number and/or date of birth, for account security

    We can input a reading too no problem, but just for general info, it is possible to this online or via our Meter Reading App.
