    Hi,

I'm looking to build a new NAS server that will be running pretty much 24*7.

    Requirements are:

Capable of supporting at least 6+ hard drives (I already have these).
    Running Plex & XBMC servers.
    Downloading.
May end up connecting it a TV for video.

So far, i have the following picked out from Amazon:

Antec Three Hundred Two Midi Tower Case - ATX, M-ATX, M-ITX, 2 x USB 3.0 (picked mainly for HDD capacity).
    £50.40

Intel Core i3 3220 (meant to be power efficient, yet good performance).
    £90.68

Asus P8B75-M LX Motherboard (Intel B75, DDR3 RAM, SATA 6GB/s, Micro ATX, USB 3.0, PCI-Express 3.0, GPU Boost, Asus UEFI BIOS, Socket 1155) (Has 6 sata connections).
    £51.44

Corsair CMX8GX3M2A1333C9 XMS3 8GB Two Memory Module Kit (I assume these will work?).
    £29.11

Cooler Master GX Lite 500W (I've had trouble finding lower spec PSU's with 6 sata connections).
    £39.00

Total works out to be approx : €325.

Feel free to pass on any improvements/comments you may have..

    Thanks,
