    Hi all,
    I was looking to join Energie fitness in Clarendon St today. I had gone on to the web and found no joining fee and a deal for 40euro for an early bird deal. Instead it was 50 joining, 59/month and 12 month contract. I'm pretty much only joining for the pool so it makes it a bit steep for me. Does anyone know of another gym and their prices around the centre of town? I know crunch have one but normally that's fairly pricey...

    I'd prefer not to go as far as Markievicz however I may have to (It's a bit out of the way for me and I don't want to give myself an excuse not to go...). Also, Anyone used the Markievicz pool in the mornings? Is it packed or fairly okay?

    I know they do regular offers on the joining fees (I paid €25 for when I joined a couple of years ago but I've a friend who got the joining fee free(last summer) my membership is for €50 pm (6.30am -4pm)..it costs more if you want to come in the evening time though...

    their pool is small but rarely used from what I see..

    and there is no contract.. you cancel when you want (this was a big draw for me)..
