    Hi Everyone,

I'm looking for a little clarification on the Repeat Claim form for Jobseekers allowance. When they refer to the spouse/partner/cohabitant does that relate to someone you're in a relationship with? I'm over 25 and just live with my mum and sister (who is also over 25). Is it necessary to give details of my mum's maintenance income, house ownership, etc.?

    Thanks,
    Jennifer

Cohabitant is whoever you are living with, in this case your mum and sister. So give her income details. As you are over 25 your mum's income wont be taken into account anyway.

Yes when they refer to spouse/partner/cohabitant it does relate to someone you are in a relationship with. On page 2 you give the household make up e.g. mother, sister. There is no need to give any details of your mums maintenance or house ownership and no need to give any details of your sisters income.
