I am in need of some education!

I have started a new lifestyle and the biggest part of my diet swap is high protein. Have you heard of lean secrets on youtube?

I am looking to stay away from chemicals and non natural ingredients. I know of Jay Robb in america as a natural brand. Are there any brands on this side online or in shops that you would recommend? I'd like egg white powder or whey protein powder. I'm doing for weight loss and to get lean!

any and all info would be great help. Thanks

Protein powder is just a convenient form of protein to take when you can't access real food (e.g. as you leave the gym on the way to work).

Nearly all of the whey protein powders are the same, excluding a few brands that add higher amounts of sugar for palatability. From that point of view, just go with the cheapest. MyProtein or BulkPowders do good prices, if you are going the online route.

Unless you have a dairy intolerance, there wouldn't be much point in going for egg protein over whey, considering the cost per kilo.

Remember it's going to be the quality of your overall diet that determines body composition, not which protein you take after a workout.
