what do you think of 11850? directory service

Hi does anybody here actually like using the service 11850? had to use it last night and i got charged €5 credit for 3 mins on the phone getting so peeved off thought it would of cost less? If possible would you rather a better cheaper service?

11890 is much better, at least it's an Irish company and much cheaper to call. 11850 got rid of most of their Irish employees and now use call centres in Mumbai.

I used it once to look up the number for directory inquiries. It gave me 11811 and cost me 400 euro.
