Could anyone tell me how to move photos from my iPhone to my computer?

Having problems with my phone and it may need to be sent away so i want to make sure i have my photos saved.

What are the steps for saving photos to a folder on my PC?

Just plug it in to iTunes and click back up all your files and photos will move in to iTunes then

    plug iPhone into PC

Right click on the Start button bottom left on the PC
    Select "open windows explorer"
In the left hand pane scroll down until you see your iPhone listed, it will act as an external drive.
Then just browse to the photos folder usually call DCIM
In there should be a couple of folders containing you photos

Then just copy and paste them into a folder on your PC

let me know if you get sorted

Be wide that movies don't transfer in backup. [Though they should? ]

You can move or copy them from windows explorer to whatever folder you like, but backing up just hasn't worked.

Don't need to plug it in. Don't need iTunes.

Just get an App called Scotty. Transfer individual photos by Wifi. I use it regularly.

iTunes works, also you may send them via Email.

You may use Photo Gallery from Windows Lives on PC.
If you are using Mac, you can manually connect them via USB.
Or you can do it wirelessly on your iPhone by switch ON the Photo Stream under iCloud selection.
The step-by-step guide can be found on wikihow
