Dental fluorosis

    I think I have dental fluorosis. Obviously I will get it checked out with my dentist and let him diagnosis if needed. I am wondering has anyone had treatment for this? How much did it cost? I want to have the money saved before dental visit if possible. I also want my teeth whitened if possible after treatment if I need it.

    Depends on how severe the fluorosis is. It is also pretty rare to have flourosis, more likely its a developmental abnormality causing white patches or brown staining unrelated to fluoride. See my response in the other thread re bleaching.

    It's not bad. I just have 3 white specs on front teeth but don't want bleaching/whitening done until I get professional advise regarding both. A vague idea of price for treatment would be great so hopefully someone will reply who had had theirs treated.
