I swim currently about 4-5 days a week and am in the gym 3 mostly 4 days a week . Played rugby when i was 11-12 and when I was 14 for school . I'm thinking about getting back into college rugby , only prob is im 5ft 8 and dont have a big enough upper body build . What should I do ?

Played flanker and winger when i was doing rugby .

Just head down to training! If you do a lot of swimming and exercise a lot, I bet you're underestimating yourself.

If you're a serious swimmers you probably have bigger shoulders than the most rugby players. I wouldn't worry about the gym just head up to training
