Nightlife unnecessary.. Trip will be a detox as much as a holiday.

So anyone got any specific areas/beaches/towns/resorts/mountains to visit in the region? Minimal travel cause we did alot in Sri Lanka in the summer and just want a relaxed break this time.. For budget after flights, I guess I'd be happy to spend anything upto $2k depending on what was involved.
