Want to give my dash and all interior plastics a good clean. What product would you recommend?

Give them a good clean with an All Purpose Cleaner diluted down...spray on, wipe off with a microfibre cloth. Agitate with a small brush or toothbrush for tough stains!
Should come up good enough that it doesnt need anything applied...but as above Poorboys Natural Look is good and smells great! :)

Is the Meguiars Ultimate Protectant Dash and Trim Restorer any use?

Im wanting to try that poorboys dressing, but of all the things i've personally used so far, 303's aerospace protectant is the best and leaves a stunning finish

A good dash cleaner will have ingredients to reduce the static on the surface and therefore it won't attract as much dust. I find the Meguiars stuff very good for this.

    Yeah I agree!

But some people love a shiny dash, personally hate it, and generally that will have a greasy/oily/sticky finish.

A guy I know who uses Orchard Autocar Interior Wizard was amazed with how the dash stayed dust free for longer than normal. He's a dentist and was considering coating some of the surfaces in his surgery with it....dont know what he did in the end! :P

I hate shiny dash's too but the Meguiar's stuff leaves a lovely, natural finish and isn't shiny or matte, just right.
