PVC Pipe - Where to buy

Not going using it for plumbing but thought this might be the best place to ask. I'm going using the pipe to make a foam roller so about 90 cm length and 15 cm in height. Is there any place in Dublin that I can go into and that will cut PCV pipe to this approx size?
