i dunno which one ... i don't really need the Elecro Acoustic i mainly play Acoustic without the aid of a amp but it's nice to have the option.. the ML rose is a much better looking guitar and i like that style of guitar more but the quality of the guitar and sound is more important than looks

any input from you guys would be greatly appreciated..

They both look fairly similar, spruce tops and just a different back and sides. I can't see anything else different apart from the pickup to be honest. I'd advise you to play them before you buy, as acoustic guitars can vary wildly from guitar to guitar and it's all down to personal choice.

I'm not sure if I can get a chance to play them as I'm buying them from the uk but will be hearing them on Skype.. Ive played quite a few crafter guitars in the past and all of them have been great to play..

Would the chrome/gold hardware make a difference and also would the solid back and sides on the first one make much of a difference. As i don't think the ml rose has solid back and sides

I owned a Ml Rose for a year or so
It was a very nice guitar with an excellent preamp
Cant comment on the other one

I recently picked up a Recording king
Fairly similar prices ,all solid & top quality
    well worth a look !

Either way they're all nice guitars!

The big difference I can see is the body size/shape - one is a dreadnought, the other is Grand Auditorium-sized. The Grand Auditorium will be smaller, thinner, more comfortable to play, but lacking in volume.

Depending on what you want it for, they could sound quite different. The dreadnought is great for busking, if you like banging out chords or playing loud in general this would be better. The dreadnought is a fine all-round guitar with a very full tone.

The grand auditorium should sound a little sweeter for low-volume stuff, fingerpicking etc., but may sound a bit boxy if strumming full chords hard with a pick. That said, it won't have the full boomy, bassy tone of a dreadnought.

Ya I've read this alright.. Tho I'm a pretty small person and I find grand auditorium a lot easier to play. I have a dreadnought at the moment but it's a little bulky and uncomfortable to play for long periods.. my strumming arm gets sore from hitting the guitar.. Something that never happens on the GA..

Tho I'm thinking of scrapping the idea of buying a second hand guitar and going for a new one.. Was up in Dublin the other day a s played a tangle wood and a sigma both felt very nice and sounded great..
