I remember a few years ago, there was a bus company doing trips up for Christmas shopping a few weeks before Christmas.

    Is there anything this year?

Doubt it. The demand isn't there.

The euro Vs sterling exchange rates have crept slowly back and now you'd be as well if not even better off shopping here.
Retailers have copped on alot too, naturally there'll be exceptions im sure.

Many things are cheaper down south now, particularly alcohol... I'll be hitting a tesco south of the border on my way home from Belfast this year....
