    Hi,

I wanted to send a friend (In Australia) some hair serum and hair conditioner.

An Post no longer allow you to post liquids.

Is there any other delivery company that will post it without costing a bomb?

Try FedEx etc. more expensive yes but it will get there quicker. Mostly certain carriers refuse liquids as if the shipper doesn't pack them correctly internally and the contents leaks it can damage many other packages that are loaded in the container on the aircraft or truck. There are also security issues also. As far as I am aware the usual express couriers FedEx etc. do accept liquids.
