    Hi,

I have my NCT tomorrow and just noticed that the water tank for the wipers has no cap. I assume this is a minor issue as it's not a pressurised container.

Can you fail the test for this?, if I can't source a cap by tomorrow should I cover the tank with plasctic bag and elastic?

No. A milk bottle top looks more realistic ;)

Plastic shopping bag and a few rubber bands will sort that out.
