    hi everyone,

I am just in the gym for the off season and I just am curious about something and wondering will it benefit. I dont drink milk directly out of a glass, but I have it with porridge, cereal tae etc. I want to increase intake of calcium for my bones so I am wondering what I can do? I am not fully sure if my daily intake is covered in just porridge and tae. Does things like big Yop or actimel yoghurt drinks or chocolate milk in a carton give you a lot of calcium, eg one of these a day?
    thanks everyone for your help

What exactly are they?if it is a substance that I don't like or isn't nice to taste i find it tough so i would really like something that is beneficial, and that is simple but yet effective. It only needs to be something small.

All advice is very much appreciated thank you

There are a lot better sources of calcium than milk.

here's another table of dairy free sources of calcium

Dairy is a terrible source of calcium

your body cannot extract most of the calcium

I cannot understand how those adds for calcium in milk are allowed - its false advertising!
