Leak in hallway

    Hi there just a quick I.D needed, there's a small weeping leak on a welded joint of a pipe above hallway in apartment block. Think it approx 3" diameter and red(GB?)What would this pipe be serving?

    It could be any number of things, heating pipe if you have a communal heating system, mains water, hot water??
    but if i was to hazard a guess I'd say probably water supply to the fire hose's
