any recommendations for recovery drinks / supplements. To help recovery from swim, run and bike sessions? Somedays doing a mixture of 2 disiplines in a day.

Personally I take an Optimum Nutrition protein shake and if i feel dehydrated or exhausted I take one of the High5 rehydration tablets in water (think they are called zero) during both my run & gym sessions. I'd highly rec a whey protein shake, others may differ, but it really does help with muscle recovery.
