Anyone got any advice re a good tonic/energy booster that you can buy off shelves/over the counter in chemists?

I'm one of those people who is always tired, and am looking for something to help give me a boost in energy and don't want to have to be taking something for x amount of weeks/months to feel the effects!

Is there such a product out there?

Try taking vitamins each day. Multi vit and Vitamin D works for me.

You can't create energy out of nothing sustainably.

The only way sustainable answer is improved nutrition, sleep and exercise.

Pharmaton, I'm only on it two days and I can feel such a difference. I was the same as you, just tired all the time, it took all the willpower I had to get out of bed in the morning! Maybe I have just gotten a better sleep in the last two days or something but I feel like it's working well so far!

Red ginseng is good for energy. It is also said to improve sexual function! ;)

Try nettles also, they are full of nutrients.
