Sygic is the best navigation and very cheap. Just 34 € for Europe maps

Id go with Sygic, ive found that to be the most powerful one on my Android device. Co Pilot appears to be slightly bloated and slow too.

I use Navigon, have the EU Version, works great for me anyway.

Great list of POIs in it too ... even has the specific logos for shops.

I use Google Maps if i'm after looking something up at home just before I head off.. i.e. star it on Google maps and then it appears on the phone.
