SWB jeep for 3.5 grand

    The ould lads jeep - 93 pajero with 275+k on the clock has rust on the chasis and wont pass test its flying apart from that but we need to trade up

    what short wheel base jeep would ye recamend in around the 3500 mark

    have went to see a few 01/02 pajeros but none of them drive as good as the 93 and 2 out of the 3 the 4x4 wasnt working on them

    any advise would be great thanks

    ps mainly used for light farm work mainly 8x4 trailor but sometimes pulls a 14 ft ifor williams

    You'd get one hell of a Daihatsu Fourtrak for that kind of money....

    Leaf sprung makes for a bouncy ride in those Fourtraks, I know someone thats selling one because he can't handle the bouncing on bad roads.
    Great cars and reliable but stone age handling.

    You are right the later ones had coils in the rear according to Milners.
