getting items valued in the Tipperary/Kilkenny area

I have some items which I would love to get valued but have no idea where to start. There is some furniture (small chest cabinets with the brand "academy" on them) a gentleman's wardrobe, a drop leaf side table, silver plate crumb collector (scott & Randel) and some jewelery and the likes.
I also have some Russian pieces, pre 1991 and would be greatful if anyone knew of someone who would be experienced in this type of memorabilia.
