Minor Scratches - What to do?

    Hey everyone,

I just got a car recently and unfortunately have already got myself into a little trouble. Basically I was reversing out of a space and bumped another car. Have sorted out paying for the repairs of the other persons vehicle and am now wondering what to do with my own.

I've two very small chips of paint (down to the primer) which I intend to touch up with an exact colour match available from Halfords. What I'm mainly worried about is there is a scuff mark and a few light scratches to the lacquer obviously from the bump. From looking at the car there's also some random light scratches that were clearly there before. Is it worth getting some Farécla G3 Scratch Remover Paste as I intend to? From reviews it appears that as long as one is careful and thorough it can remove most small scratches.
