Technomate tm1000 dropping channnels

Installed a technomate TM 800 HD sat reciever and noticed bbc3-4 and news keeps dropping out other channels seem fine, anyone able to explain how to add transponder/pid for thease channels for this reciever as technomate doint supply any instructions/info for this reciever, thanks.
