I am in the process of starting to study Spanish. In order to make sure that my comprehension of the language is good I'd like to do the Junior Cert spanish course this year and next year I'd plan to do the leaving cert syllabus. In the interim I'm taking some spanish lessons. Could anyone tell me what books I need for Junior Cert and Leaving Cert Spanish.
I looked at schoolbooks.ie but there are a lot of books so difficult to know which ones I need.

    Thanks.

    Great. Thanks.
Would I need any Spanish verb or grammar book? or assuming I got the primer paso 1 & 2 should that cover everything up to group cert.

I checked one of my local schools online booklist there :) , as my school doesn't offer it!! :(

    They use for Spanish:

    Junior Cert:
    Primer Paso 1
    Primer Paso 2
    Vamos A Escuchar 1!

    Leaving Cert:
    Vamos A Escuchar 2!
    La Pluma
    El Espanol Bien Hablado
    De Acuerdo

    Hope this helps :D

Wouldn`t advise buying books from schoolbooks.ie as people are having loads of problems getting their books from them.I`m still waiting for a refund on an order i had to cancel back in august.

I've used schoolbooks.ie many times before. This summer they had some issues. I've used them last month and had no difficulties so I assume most problems have been fixed. They're an Irish company, providing Irish jobs, and I'm quite happy to vouch (is that how you spell it? :L) for them no problem :)

Appreciate all the feedback. Will try to get them through Easons. Really appreciated.
