I am wondering if you can assist me. Celebrating a special Wedding Anniversary end of Xmas start of the year. Days of 30, 31, 1st 2nd. We are easy on dates. This is a very special occasion for the family. We are looking for something special for 2 nights.

    Require
    3 family rooms
    3 double rooms
    1 Twin room

We are also golfers and would like to get a game of golf in for 8 people. Also include dinner on 1 night.

Would ye have any good suggestions.. Looking for Munster area.

    Hi Jtown,

The first place that jumps to mind is Doonbeg Lodge in Clare. Beautiful hotel with golf & spa, and they also have houses / lodges if any of the families prefered to stay in one of those.

    Best wishes for the occasion.

    JT.

Would recommend the Dunraven Arms in Adare, beautiful hotel with lots of character. Golf cannot be guaranteed in December/January so I wouldn't set my heart on it. If it is possible then the wonderful course at Adare Manor is just across the road.

Doonbeg is gorgeous too - but if the weather means that golf is off the cards then you're very isolated with little to do.
