It will be the same unit but it might all be in German. Although fingers crossed you'll have the manual in many languages. I'd say you'd be grand, however a quick look on ebay and the price is about the same as amazon uk. Ebay is usually the best place for the best price for these things. Not sure why its so much cheaper in Germany. Is it worth the risk for €30?

+1, you could search online for the manual in advance, there might be a way to change the default language back to english, like you can with a mobile phone.

Ive bought headunits from France before and the language on the unit itself has always been english, its normally the manuals that are in french but google is your friend if your stuck. I'd take the cheapest option tbh

Yeah I got a phone off amazon de before and that has worked out. Found manuals online from the official Pioneer site so will likely go with that option.

I've bought a lot of CDs from amazon.de instead of amazon.uk. No problems and good savings to be made.
