I can suggest this:
http://www.strangewaysradio.com/
found it recently, it is not strictly rock/indie but you could discover lots of music.
You could also check http://www.shoutcast.com/ , they have various links, and kind of sort them by type, you might be able to find exactly what you have in mind.
