    i am trying to find out how to apply for tax back on an unused flight from a week ago. cant see anything on their website? do I call them or email them ?

    I had this about 2 months ago. Try;

    It states at the top that if your flight was disrupted then you can get a full refund, if not disrupted and just canceling then its taxes only.

    Took about 2 weeks or so. Hear back and about another 2 weeks until it turned up back on my visa.

    Don't forget it must be submitted within a certain time frame they say, I think I was 31 days. Don't know how flexible or legal it is to limit it to this but if I were you, get it in sooner = money back sooner = no hassle with it being out of date = everyone's happy.
