    Hi,
I need to buy a new netbook, I was looking for advice as i don;t know much about computers. Firstly I want to buy online as it's cheaper, secondly, I was thinking of getting a laptop that has been refurbished as they tend to be cheaper. i don;t mind getting a second-hand laptop, or buying online, where would be the best place to get good deals- ebay? I like elara.ie but they don't seem to be the cheapest.

I want a good battery life- this one appeals to me-http://www.laptopsdirect.ie/Refurbished_GRADE_A1_-_As_New_-_Samsung_NC110_Windows_7_Netbook_in_Black_77069050-5-NP-NC110-A03U/version.asp

[however, I'm worried about performance, a lot of people have said that it's slow. I am realistic about the money I'm spending though, I'm not expecting an amazing laptop, but i would like to get the very best that i can with the money I have]
Is there a time when laptops will all be on sale? I can afford to wait a few weeks. Would it be better to invest in a proper laptop? The reason i like netbooks is they are small and portable and I use it for college- but i could just lug around a proper one if it was worth it.

    Budget: €230-180

Intended use: college work, internet, e-mail, Word processing, watching films

Mobility: Need to be able to carry it around college, looking for a netbook

Warranty: If I can get an excellent laptop for way cheaper because the warranty isn't great then I'd take that risk.

What Operating System do you use: Used to Windows 7, but I'm not picky.
    Thanks,
    D
