If you have a problem retuning on a Zinwell Box - try factory reset.

I re-tuned a number of boxes (Ferguson, Saorview, 4life, Metronic) to Ch 52 over the last few days. No problems with any of them. I'm not in the trade, this was for elderly family members, friends and neighbours. I had a problem with a Zinwell box, after rescanning to 52 it kept displaying no signal when RTE1 or any other programme feed was selected. Signal quality and strength were more than 80%. Up to date EPG info was present even though it said no signal. A decoded picture was also present on the menu page when you were undertaking a manual scan on Ch 52. I deleted all the radio and television channels and scanned again, it repopulated the EPG, showed a picture on the manual scan page, but "No Signal" again when you selected any of the television or radio programmes. Ended up doing a factory reset via the menu, then scanned ch 52 and it worked!
Just posting, in case anybody has a similar problem.
