I'm looking over a lease for submission to PRTB, and I am wondering why it says 'responsibilty of the law regarding rent books is with the housing authority of --- county council'. Anyone know why this is here, or what it means? It is not a council house, it is a private letting. Is this standard? Thanks for any insight!
