Samsung UE22D5003BW Digital Issue

Apologies in advance if this is in the wrong place but I'd be very grateful if someone could please help me out.

With the recent digital switchover, I purchased a new Samsung UE22D5003BW television and I'm having issues with the picture on all the channels. Most of the time, the TV works perfectly and I have no issues with the picture/sound quality whatsoever. However, on a regular enough basis the picture is breaking up badly and is becoming blurry before returning to normal. It's quite an annoyance and if anyone could offer me any assistance I'd be very grateful.

What type aerial are you using. This is the cause of your problems.

I've another of the same TV in a different room and there seems no issue with that TV so I'm not sure of the problem.

Can you check the TV at the other TV point, signal strength/quality level on the TV's meter?
What type of aerial are you using, indoor/outdoor/attic?
How is the aerial feed split to the TV points, splitter/distribution amp?

Press the i button at the samsung remote for 5 seconds and check signal strength and signal quality. The signal frequency is mabe also important if you report back the numbers.
