    Hi,
I am considering renting an apartment at Parkview Stepaside. I work in St Stephens green and I was hoping someone could advise me on the commute from Parkview to Stephens green. How long does it take via luas at glencairn, do you have to swap luas trams at sandyford etc.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

If you hop on the luas at Glencairn, you don't need to make any connections, it goes straight to St Stephens Green in about 25-30mn

Bit of a distance to get from Stepaside to Glencairn.
Would have to drive (need parking then) or bus.
Bus to/from town would be very slow due to a lot of non bus lane roads on the route.
