Cant connect to xbox live i have an ethernet cable from the moden to the xbox but when i do the 'test xbox live conenction' it fails on the internet part?
I tried restarting my modem and everything someone lease help me
If you had to reset you router it could be the firewall blocking you from connecting happened to me a few times you have to turn down the security on the firewall0 -
