    the Chalara fraxinea 'Ash dieback' fungus has been confirmed in Galway, anyone know where?

    No, but it doesn't really matter. It's here now and they won't be able to stop it:(
    The only mature trees around here are all ash, I hope it's not as bad as they say.

    If its found early though I'm sure they can contain it and prevent it from spreading. Has wiped out 90% of ash trees in Denmark.
