Insanity Workout (Losing to much weight)

    Im 7 weeks into the insanity program and it has worked wonders so far! The only problem is that I think im losing to much weight. Im obviously not eating enough and was wondering what I could add into my diet.

    At the minute a typical day would be

    7am - Porridge and Coffee
    10am - 50g Cashew Nuts + Apple
    1pm - Wholegrain Bagel with Chicken and Cheese
    6pm - Chicken Fillet with Potatoes or Pasta or Rice

    I have protein here that I keep forgeting to take so Im gonna add that in at 8pm as thats about the time i finish the workout. Is there anything else I can add in. In the time ive been doing insanity ive went from 82kg down to 74kg and although I am getting lean I just look too skinny.

    Eat the foods you currently are, just eat more of them.
