    Does anyone know at what rate is rental income taxed? Is there a separate area to include it in a ROS online tax-return?

    rental income is taxed the same way as normal income depending on your position wrt to tax tresholds.

    There is no place for it on PAYE antime, but there is on a ROS Form 11, it goes under 'Irish rental income'

    How much Net rental income have you --- you might get away with a form 12..... form 11 means more hassle
