VW Passat Remote not working

    Have an 08 Passat, the remote key does not open or close the doors. The battery in remote is fine as red led comes on. Any ideas?

    I have known of a battery being strong enough to make the led work but not to open the locks.

    Procedure on youtube describing how to do it and thankfully it worked. Easy enough.
