Do you mean the electrical time clock that controls the heating?

Firstly it depends on the time clock, 24 hour clock, 7 day digital? Boost button?

Clock can cost anything from €20->€60, fitting is usually quick, so say €40 -> €50

Depends do you know what make/model it is? how many zones does it have? is it a manufactures clock( built into the boiler)

Take a pictuce and post it, it shouldn't cost much to change, especially if it's a straight swap

It can be done by either,, although most electicians i have come across even friends of mine cannot comprehend the wiring of a heating system ha ha1

You can get a digital one, with a boost button supplied and fitted for €100-€120

If it is being wired into the boiler itself, i.e. the switched live & permanent live, it MUST be carried out by an RGI.
