Galaxy S3 problems with 3G and mobile network

    Hi all am having a problem with my new Galaxy S3, it doesn't pickup the 3G network at all... It was bought in Dubai and it fully activated and open to all networks no problem at all, only problem is the 3G signal here some of the things i tried to do trying to fix the problem;
    -changing to another sim card (lycamobile)
    -activate disactivate the roaming and cellular
    -updating phone
    -setting up 3G manualy but at the stage of Access Point nothing appear, i get the Lycamobile carrier but no Access Point.
    -Because Lycamobile does not offer mini simcards we had to cut it to mini simcard, i noticed it wasnt inserting corrsctly so we griend the mini simcard very well its clicking very well now but problem still...
