HELP!!!!assessment day with Paddy Power

    Iv been invited to attend a assessment day at paddy power for a Customer Support Specialist role. has any1 gone to 1 of these or have any tips ?


    I was told The assessment day will involve:
    Presentation from a number of key roles in the business (appox 90 mins)
    Group exercise (preparation, task, presentation = 1 hour)
    One to one Interview with an assessor (30 mins)

    Be the leader, don't follow someone else's lead all the time. Don't be overbearing though and if you have suggestions and ideas to contribute it's good to phrase them as a question, as in 'what about ..?', 'how about..?
    Be really enthusiastic about the company at all times and learn how they are different to the competitors and learn the usual stuff for the interview.
    Try to be relaxed, easygoing and a team player too and you should get it. Keep your presentation short and sweet, don't overdo it, again let your enthusiasm show, and don't whatever you do stay quiet. Get into the middle/top and shine there.
