    Hiya,

I love swimming and would love to start swimming (with a friend) again.

We would like to do it once or twice a week and we are now looking for an option where we could go swimming.
As my friend has no car, we'd prefer something in the City, can you recommend something?
What would be the cheapest option? Signing up in a Gym to be able to use the pool etc?

Thanks a mil! (wasnt swimming in Cork before, so no ideas)

    :)

What type of swimming are you interested in doing - pool, openwater, distance......

What part of the city are you based in ?
There's pools in Mayfield, Churchfield, Douglas, Leisureworld in Bishopstown, Maryborough House in Douglas, Maldron and Clarion Hotels in the City centre (amongst others..).
There are also a couple of swimming clubs in the city and depending on what disipline you're interested in one of these might suit you.

im near city centre and would like to just do a few lanes (pool).
was in bishopstown already, but almost too far away (prefer city centre) and too expensive as well.
will have a look and check them out :)
