Hey all. I intent to join a gym this week. Swan leisure is literally 2 minutes walk from my house. Is it any good?
Ive been in the pool part of it and I have to say the people at the frond dest allways seemed pretty sound.

Ive being doing the convict conditioning work out the last while but my room is just to small so I have to join a gym.

    Any opinions?

Never been there myself, but have a friend who used to be a member. From what he's said, there's a very poor selection of free weights and plates etc. However, if you're doing convict conditioning you could definitely get away with it. I just don't think it would be worth the cost if you're planning on doing that program.

You used to be able to pay as you go without joining, so worth paying a bit more for a few visits to see if it hits your requirements before signing up. I'm not much of a gym-goer but it seemed to be fairly limited in selection of kit.
