we have an esse soverign select solid fuel cooker thats in place but not plumbed into the central heating yet. it will be hooked up to a dual coil cylinder soon to work alongside our current oil fired central heating.

could i blow up the cooker without water in the wrap around boiler? both in and out connections are uncapped so i presume that would stop pressure build up or am i insane?

Don't fire it there is no purpose to do so you could warp and twist the wraparound
