Phone watch problem

    HI Could anyone help me i have moved into a house with a phone watch alarm system, Had low battery warning beeping so i decided to see if i could replace it. I removed the front cover and alarm set off with a tamper to front cover warning and a police call activation warning. I turned off all power and removed the fuse. Now how do i undo this problem. Can i get a service or engineer code or something to re activate it. The code i have is the one the previous left so i persume it is a master one. My alarm is a international concord.
